Bethel Health and Healing Network

Helping the citizens of Birmingham

Registered Charity Number 1116225

Bethel Network

The Bethel Network is a network of Christian organisations which came together in 2001 to share what they were doing for needy people in the greater Birmingham area, to develop better networking systems and to pray for each other's work. The network is not constitutionally formed but represents several denominations of the Christian faith. The aims of the network are to:

  1. develop better networking between Christian organisations, leading to better referral systems for the needy people they help, sharing of expertise and experiences, for mutual encouragement and possible joint funding bids to start new initiatives;
  2. focus on the needs of people with specific problems (e.g. substance abuse, homelessness, victims of abuse);
  3. become an enabling and encouraging agency for the body of the churches in Birmingham, providing resources and information to enable them to develop similar ministries to help the most needy people in the city.

The directory below provides information supplied to us by the various organisations listed within it. It must not be taken as indicating a recommendation for what they offer. Potential users are responsible for making their own contact with the organisation and satisfying themselves that it can meet a specific need before committing themselves to making use of the services on offer by that organisation.
